Designed for glamour without ostentation, this North Beach home balances sophistication with warmth, favouring soft materiality and a restrained palette over a literal coastal look. In the kitchen, warm Fango planked veneer and honed Celeste Dolomite create quiet luxury, paired with a green-toned mosaic splashback selected to echo the stone's subtle green tones. Layered lighting, concealed LEDs, recessed downlights and a slim linear pendant over the island, supports both function and atmosphere. Thoughtful storage solutions, including a concealed everyday-essentials cupboard beside the cooktop, keep benchtops clear and the space calm and family-ready.

The master ensuite continues that sense of considered escape. A double island vanity leads through to a curved, cove-like shower lit by a skylight that pours natural light across the mosaic tiles, bringing the outside in.
