Whether you're renovating one room or specifying an entire house, our team works alongside you, your builder and your budget, from our Design HQ studio in Balcatta.
New Build & Renovations
Whether you're building new or re-imagining an existing home, we manage every finish and fixture decision as one considered scheme, not a string of separate choices.
We offer multiple levels of service, from expert guidance on finishes and selections through to full interior layouts and construction-ready documentation, so you can choose the level of support that suits you, your project and your build requirements.
Our specification service covers every exterior and interior finish in your build, from roofing and render through to cabinetry, lighting and door furniture.
We can take on smaller, single-space projects: kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, custom joinery, and robes or additional services for your renovation and build such as window treatments or furniture design and styling.
Furniture & Styling
For homes that need an expert eye, not a full renovation.
Our Completed Room Package is designed for clients who want a considered, cohesive interior without the overwhelm of sourcing, coordinating and making every decision themselves.
We take care of the full furniture and spatial planning for your selected rooms, presenting a curated scheme alongside a detailed pricing schedule.
Completed rooms can include:
Furniture — selection, specification and spatial planning for each area.
Artwork & Styling — carefully curated artwork, accessories and finishing pieces that complete the space.
Custom Design — bespoke furniture, cabinetry, artwork and other custom pieces where required.
Project Coordination — liaison with suppliers, makers and trades to bring the completed scheme together.

Think Tanks
Creating a home you love starts with the right guidance.
Think Tanks are best suited to clients who've built or renovated before, already have a clear vision for their project, and want expert guidance to validate their ideas and work through specific challenges, rather than start from scratch.
Sessions are held at our Design HQ studio and give you direct access to over 30 years of combined design expertise, whether you need help reviewing plans and cabinet layouts, selecting colours and finishes, choosing window treatments, or working through lighting and styling.
Come prepared with a completed questionnaire and your key questions ready, so we can make the most of our time together. Sessions run at 1.5 or 3 hours depending on your requirements, enquire for current availability.
Colour Consults
A focused, one-on-one session with one of our qualified interior designers at our Design HQ studio. The perfect way to bring your ideas together across paint, flooring, cabinetry, tiling and every other hard finish, inside and out.
You'll leave with a detailed specification sheet of your selections and a sample bag to take with you.

Display Homes
Full Pre-start Service: our Design HQ studio is the perfect location to guide your clients through the selection process.
Interior and Exterior Colour Consults (perfect for developers)

Why Prince Design?
Prince Design is an award-winning interior design studio in Perth, led by Tamlin Prince (Owner & Principal Designer) and Melissa Luck (Senior Interior Designer), with over 30 years of combined experience in residential interiors, furniture and styling.
Our Design HQ studio in Balcatta brings furniture, fabrics, finishes and styling samples from our supplier network into one space, so decisions happen in person rather than across a dozen separate showrooms.
We've been recognised at the HIA Western Australia Awards, including wins for Residential Interior Design and Outdoor Kitchen design in 2024, and Renovated Laundry of the Year in 2023.

No. Our Furniture & Styling packages are designed for single rooms as well as whole homes.

A Colour Consult is a scoped session focused specifically on paint, flooring, cabinetry and other hard finishes. A Think Tank is broader, and is best suited to clients who've built or renovated before and want expert input across plans, colours, styling or any combination of the above.
