TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH US

Whether you're building new or reimagining an existing home, we manage every finish and fixture decision as one considered scheme, not a string of separate choices. We offer two levels of service, so you can choose the amount of support that suits your project and your builder's plans.

  • For clients who already have completed plans from a building designer or architect and are confident in their layout, but want expert guidance to make their interiors cohesive, functional and beautiful.

    Includes:

    • Selection of finishes, fittings, fixtures, and lighting and electrical.

    • Colour palettes, materials and textures.

    • Joinery consultation and guidance (design intent only, not technical documentation).

    • Moodboards and sample boards to help you visualise the final space.

    • Coordination with your builder so selections align with the project, though construction documentation isn't included.

  • Our most comprehensive service, for clients who want guidance from the very first decision through to construction-ready documentation.

    Includes everything in Option 1, plus:

    • Full 3D modelling to test layout options, including proposed wall relocations and reworked wet area or kitchen configurations.

    • Detailed interior layout planning and spatial refinement (how each room is laid out and used).

    • CAD documentation for all internal areas, including plans, elevations and joinery details.

    • Electrical and lighting design, covering placement of wall and ceiling light points, downlights, exhaust fans, ceiling fans and power points, including feature pendant and wall light selection.

    • Schedules for finishes, fixtures, fittings, lighting and electrical, ready for your builder.

    • Liaison with your builder and suppliers throughout the prestart and construction process.

  • These services can be added on to your chosen design service, let us know in your project enquiry and we can advise accordingly.
