Claremont Renovation

Sometimes the very idea of a whole home renovation can be daunting, there is so much to plan and consider!

Luckily for us our client was on board from the very beginning.

The family apartment, which had been untouched since it was built in 1977,  was in desperate need of a complete overhaul.

Boasting the most spectacular views of the river, walls were removed to maximise space, functionality and the incredible view.

Possibly one of the best decision we made was removing the wall to the seperate laundry which made the old kitchen small and the hallways dark. A concealed laundry was included in the new kitchen, tucked away behind bifolding doors.

Duncraig Kitchen Renovation

Working with clients who are open to doing some demo work is always great. It opens up enormous potential to reconfigure room layouts to create more usable spaces. This original kitchen felt closed in due to the original brick pantry, and for the owners, who liked to entertain a lot, it was a visual and physical barrier separating the kitchen from the lounge and outdoor entertaining area.

Good bye small kitchen with ugly pantry, hello open plan kitchen with an island!
